Tripta Juj

Complementary Health Practitioner & Therapy Co-ordinator

I have been a practicing Complementary Therapist for over 15 years and am responsible for Therapy Room 2 at Topnotch Health Club Brentford.

My initial training comes from Health & Beauty, which enabled me to train with companies such as Clarins Paris and Mary Cour. I soon realised that my interests lay with complementary health. Whist qualifying as a Sports Massage Therapist, I also studied at the European School of Shiatsu Therapy & Movement in Kew, and qualified as a Shiatsu Practitioner which gave me a deep understanding of the principals of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

My knowledge has expanded over the last 10-years where I have developed techniques to treat and heal the mind and body as one. The certifications and qualifications that I have gained over the last 10 year include, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Seated Acupressure Chair Massage, Indian Head Massage, No Hands Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Touch for Health, Systematic Kinesiology, and Infant Massage.

I am a member of and insured under the British Association of Beauty Therapy And Cosmetology (BABTAC) and the Association of Systematic Kinesiology (ASK). Through my studies of Shiatsu, Kinesiology, Reflexology and Complementary Medicine, I enjoy working with their common principals and I find myself combining elements from all aspects of my studies.

By understanding the flow of a person’s Vital Energy, I can determine which elements of balance their body requires, making the whole treatment a very individual experience.

I am now a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist and have been helping individuals to improve their levels of fitness for a number of years.

Massage is still seen as a luxury but once experienced you will soon realise it is a necessity to keep your body free of those niggling aches and pains. Remember when it comes to optimal health and fitness, posture is paramount to achieving a pain free and stress free body.  Sports massage will loosen the tight muscles and my experience working as a Personal Trainer at the club, enables me to give advice on strengthening and stretching exercises to compliment the massage, which is key to permanent changes in posture.

If you have never experiences a Sports Massage why not book yourself in for a treatment. I work as a Deep Tissue Therapist (the way I prefer my massages!) and my clients range from office workers with neck or back pain to marathon runners.

Health and fitness should be a life style choice and massage is of paramount importance to a stress free and pain free lifestyle, whether its once a week or once a month you will soon discover the benefits of regular body work.

I also have a clinic providing nutritional and dietary advice supporting individuals with health issues. With my work as a Personal Trainer I have therefore specialised in is weight management providing a range of techniques to help people achieve their goals.

Virag Boroczki

Complementary Health Practitioner

I became interested in complementary therapies during my late teens and became a Reiki practitioner at the age of 18. Having worked as an auxiliary nurse for 6 years in both the private and the public sector I came to realise that touch forms a great part of healing and feeling cared for but sadly it is disappearing from our daily lives.

I had trained as a Remedial Massage Therapist in Hungary – on a course that provided plenty of hands-on experience with patients. I have completed three Integrated Myofascial Release courses that gave me an understanding of biodynamics and developed my passion for enabling clients to understand their bodies.
My recently completed Homoeopathy training at the University of Westminster has given me a solid scientific background in the workings of the human body alongside the classical homoeopathic training.

I work in an eclectic way tailoring your treatment to your current state of health and employing various techniques at different stages in the same session. I aim to empower and enable clients to get in touch with their bodies, feelings and emotions and welcome updates from clients during and between treatments.

I believe that living life to the full and accomplishing the best we are capable of is the birthright of each individual. My goal as a therapist is to enable clients to take responsibility for their healing and cheer them on when they encounter various obstacles along the way. I use the following therapeutic modalities:

My portfolio of treatments include:

  • Therapeutic Massage
  • Remedial Massage
  • Connective Tissue Massage
  • Homeopathy
  • Reiki
  • Segment Massage
  • Integrated Myofascial Release
  • Hot Stone Massage

Nancy Vinciguerra

Complementary Health Practitioner

I originally qualified as a therapeutic massage therapist around six years ago, and over the intervening years have built up my qualifications and experience in Sports Massage, Indian Head Massage and Hot Stone Massage.

Having spent a large part of my working life in a sedentary office-based environment, I experienced first-hand the physical and emotional benefits that massage can provide. This gave me the initial desire to be able to help people in a similar situation to my own. In the near future I will be continuing to expand my repertoire of treatments and skills.

In my leisure time I am a keen gardener and have an allotment to ‘grow my own’. And to keep fit I dance: social jiving in the rock & roll and swing styles.

My portfolio of treatments include:

  • Therapeutic Massage
  • Deep Tissue Massage
  • Indian Head Massage
  • Hot Stone Massage
  • On-site / Seated Acupressure Chair Massage
  • Pregnancy Massage
